■初めてハトハでのご購入で配達先が1ヶ所の場合、送料を無料サービスといたします。お会計画面でクーポンコード「 FREESHIP」を入力してください。

（一度ご購入いただけると次回からの情報入力が簡略化されます）

＜PCの場合＞

無料配送に設定される。

＜スマートフォンの場合＞

■1回のご購入金額10,000円以上で配達先が1ヶ所の場合、送料を無料サービスといたします。送料はお会計画面で自動的に無料となります。

 

■袋入り茶商品のみ3本までお買い上げの場合、メール便にて全国一律送料360円で配送いたします。

※配達先の郵便受けにお届けするため、配達日時の指定はできません。

※発送後の紛失や破損などに対する損害賠償はございません。 

 

■袋入り茶商品4本以上や他の商品をお買い上げの場合は、宅配便にて配送エリア毎に下記の送料で配送いたします。

※配達先が1箇所の場合の送料となります。配達先が複数の場合、配達先毎に送料をいただきます。 

  • 北海道・九州エリア：1,110円
  • 東北・関東・信越・北陸・東海エリア：740円
  • 東京エリア：690円
  • 近畿エリア：830円
  • 中国・四国エリア：940円
  • 沖縄エリア：1,150円

 

【配送にかかる時間】

通常、離島など一部の地域を除き、ご注文から2～5営業日以内に配達しております。ただし、交通の混雑、お客様のご不在、自然災害などの事情により、配達が遅れる場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

※宅配便の配達日時を指定される場合は、ご注文の際にカート画面に表示される「特記事項」の欄にご記入ください。
